以前不吃糖,不吃水果,5.2-5.3,瘦。容易低血糖,人會很緊張。
我的A1C好幾年了5.6,RM5.7,水果都吃,每天1,2個沒事。巧克力,蛋糕少吃,吃了馬上走路或運動。
