跨國離婚 請求建議！

大家好，本人結婚不到半年，結婚手續是在新加坡辦理的，配偶在新加坡和馬來西亞兩地長期居住，基本上不來美國。我現在要離婚，配偶聯係不到，因為新加坡當地有規定結婚三年之內不允許離婚，所以我已在美國加州提起了離婚，但現在的問題是我的律師很難通過international process server 去serve我住在新加坡/馬來西亞當地的配偶，那如果serve不到住在外國的配偶，這婚是不是永遠也離不成了？大家有沒有什麽好的建議？或者比較好的做過跨國離婚的律師或者server可以推薦？感謝！
