我覺得抑鬱大多數人一生裏應該都會有過，程度不同，但是

嚴重到自殺的地步可能還是跟自己的體質和基因有一定的關係。當然我也不知道，也是猜的。每個人的情況都不一樣，遇到難過的事每個人的體驗和傷痛程度也不一樣，不在自己身上，不好說。

抑鬱症到了一定的程度就跟自己怎麽想沒關係了。就是病了，發展趨勢自己也控製不了。

有好日子趕緊好好地過，今天不知道明天的事。
