為什麽笑壇的網民能達到黃站的水平?

不能否認兩位壇主的偉光正的領導,但是我發現兩個群體之間的共性:

上來都是為了尋歡作樂!

這就是為什麽笑壇公民素質達到甚至超過黃站的根本原因.
