No one can imagine that chimpanzees at the age of five have a better performance in a memory task than humans. This video illustrates that a chimp is shown memorizing numbers with remarkable accuracy at lightning speed.In the test, the chimp was briefly presented with various numerals from 1 to 9 on a touch-screen monitor. Those numbers were then replaced with blank squares, and the chimp had to remember which numeral appeared in which location and touch the squares(numbers) in the ascending order.You can try it yourself and see if you can memorize the numbers on the screen within the given time. ^_^ Your comments are welcome.
