“Respect” Mussolini

One of Churchill’s daughters, Sarah, was an actress who married to actor Victor Olive. Churchill did not like this son-in-law at all.

One day Churchill and Victor were walking together. Victor asked his father-in-law: “Whom do you respect the most in this war (WW2)?”

Churchill replied unexpectedly: “Mussolini.” Then he added: “Mussolini was so brave that he killed his SON-IN-LAW!”

b. Why did Mussolini kill (actually gave the order to kill) his son-in-law?
