suppose the possibility of 1st person wins is p. The possibility of 2nd wins will be 5/6*p, since the 2nd
person can only win if the 1st one didn't get a three,
and if that happens, he becomes 1st one. By same logic,
the possibility of the 3rd person wins is 5/6*5/6*p.

So we have: p*(1+5/6+25/36) = 1.

Then we can solve p and the possibility of the 3rd one
wins, which is p*25/36.
