失戀鯽魚買回以後，使勁將魚摔在菜板上數遍，確定它早已失去希望和信心，然後將魚剖開，
挖出破碎的心，揭去痛楚的鱗，扒開生活的鰓，在憎恨的劃幾刀無奈的口子，便於更傷感入味







斷腸蔥、回憶薑、發愁的八角
為你無怨無悔肥瘦肉切丁，撕毀誓言







把刮去曾經的笑臉的魚放入煩躁的熱油中炸至八成熟 更便於恩斷義絕








鬱悶鍋內放少許煩躁熱油，依次放入 發愁的八角、 斷腸蔥、回憶薑，為你無怨無悔肥瘦肉丁，煸炒出哭聲





加入惆悵醬油少許，失落鹽少許，滿心酸楚醋少許，苦酒滿杯，適量憂傷水，曾經甜蜜砂糖多些，
生不如死味精少許，最後把無法挽救翻白眼的鯽魚放入鬱悶鍋中，大火燒至痛苦萬分






之後改小火燒至傷痕累累，最後淋入負心紅油，裝盤即可
