澳州科學家發現，有受精障礙的男子應該在女方排卵前天天嘿咻，連續一周，以清除老同誌---DNA受損的“老”精子---補充新的兵源。研究發現，這些新兵蛋子更具活力和能動性。

Daily sex is best way to boost fertility, reveal experts

Australian researchers who carried out a study of men with fertility problems found couples would improve their chances by having sex daily in the week leading up to ovulation.

David Greening, of the Sydney IVF clinic, advised 118 men with fertility problems to have sex every day for a week.

Currently, couples undergoing IVF are told to stop having sex in the days leading up to providing a sperm sample.

Those trying for a child the natural way are advised to have sex every second day.

Following the clinic's new approach, the level of damage in the men's sperm fell by more than a quarter.

'These changes were substantial and statistically significant,' said the report.

'The optimal number of days might be more or less than seven but a week appears to be manageable and favourable.

'Further research is needed to see whether the improvement in these men's sperm quality translates into pregnancy rates but other studies have shown the relationship between sperm DNA damage and pregnancy rates.'
