林海雪原之長走（圖圖圖，視頻）

冬天，門窗緊閉，即使有新風係統，室內空氣仍不特別美妙。另外，戶外活動少，運動量不夠，亦不利健康。林子裏長走是一個不錯選擇：1)空氣太好了；2)林子裏基本感覺不到風，不太冷；3)走5~6公裏非常適當的運動量；4)擁抱自然，心情愈悅；5)......
