情人節的禮物

 

 

大霧彌漫的情人節。

 

老夫老妻了，也想不出什麽新花樣。大哥哥念叨了幾次要吃黃醬（響鈴？），就送這個情人節禮物給他吧！

 

作為豆製品的愛好者，很喜歡吃這菜，但自己從來沒做過。問爹娘整個做菜過程後，我信心滿滿又隱隱不安。上次廚性大發，糖醋小排做的不錯，這次不懂會怎樣？！

 

切碎芹菜，拌入牛肉碎，加好調味料拌勻，肉餡搞定。

 

 

 

 

翻出層層疊疊的豆腐皮，攤開一看，謔，好大一片！爹爹建議把豆腐皮剪成書本大小，還舉起手邊的《英國簡史》供我參考尺寸。懶得算得那麽精準，直接一裁為二，包起來！

 

 

 

 

買的steak mince沒啥肥肉，餡有點幹，好在一卷也成型了。娘親說，肉餡別塞太滿太鼓；豆腐皮也別卷太緊，容易破！好吧，扁平餡卷起來！

 

 

 

 

肉餡一裹，兩頭一折，一溜卷下去，再用水塗邊粘住。就這樣卷了一根又一根長條。

 

 

 

 

 

 

爹爹說，卷完之後，中間切開，以一條可以咬兩口的尺度為佳。切開後，再用生粉封口，小火慢慢煎。做完這些，煮調味醬，生抽老抽蠔油糖，再放入卷卷們。眼看它們慢慢漲開來，越漲越鬆，真怕散了！好在醬汁夠，不用翻麵，就慢慢燉吧。

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

N久之後，撒蔥花，熄火，上桌。豆腐皮漲得有些鬆散，鋪天蓋地的！

 

 

 

 

夾住一塊，轉一圈，裹緊豆腐皮，再放碗上，模樣還算周正，當然味道也不錯，哈哈哈。。。

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

大哥哥翻山越嶺，穿過濃霧，終於到家了。我忙迎上去獻媚：“今天有驚喜哦！你去桌上看看！”他打開鍋蓋，看到這滿滿當當的飄浮的一片片，不解地問：“這是什麽？”我。。。。。。
