1 1 / 2磅雞大腿去骨去皮,切成一口大小件
5條大蔥(隻要白的部分)
調味料:
1 / 4杯醬油
1 / 4杯味琳(日本甜料酒)
1-2 TBS 紅糖(甜度自己教)
8枝竹串簽
把所有調味料混放下雞肉攪勻,放在冰箱醃 30分鐘或過夜。同時,竹串浸泡在水中。燒烤的時候就把雞肉和蔥串好。就可以燒啦. 我燒了茄子,和甜椒做拌. 又做了豆飯,都好好吃,甜酸,甜酸的,夏天吃真的好開胃.
把日本米煮成飯,用1 part米醋, 1 part滾水, 1 part白糖,
先將白糖, 滾水攪勻,再加米醋,然後下入飯裏攪勻,(加多小隨便,合自己口味便成),將飯放入豆包裏,吃時放上柴魚絲即成.
