140不管你的事情，你隻有485

如果你有獎學金，或者馬上要畢業實習，轉h4沒有用，轉了h4你還想做就必須用工卡，還是會失去非移民身份，成為單純aos pending，不比f1 交485好多少，如果你完全沒有資助，也不打算拿，要過好久--差不多有綠卡了才會畢業，轉h4是好主意
最理想當然是你能很快工作，然後轉h1再485，如果轉h1希望很大，你不妨稍推遲file485，你老公可以先file
還有LC的，140被拒絕的可能不大，除非你們有什麽特別擔心的問題，你也不是一定非保持非移民身份不可
