有人能告訴這是485什麽狀態嗎？是 name check嗎？

485 pending 將近一年了。給移民局打了三次電話詢問case的狀態，今天收到一個email，裏麵說“On June 20, 2005, we responded to your request for more information
concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30
days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.”。但是到今天也沒有收到什麽郵件。有人有類似經驗嗎？這個response會是什麽哪？心裏忐忑不安，有人能回答這個問題嗎？先多謝了。
