But thank you for your reply. The situation is a little complicated. In 2004 I applied the company and required them to petite H1-B for me. But then I didnot sign the offer through the director and moved with my family to this University. The director did not notify the HR (it is a big company) and they still processed my H1-B and gave such a notice in March 2005. At that time I did not realize to leave my family is so hard, so I accepted this visa. Now I changed my mind----- please give me some possitive advise if you can.
