I am holding OPT (F1, will be expired in Feb.2006) and working in a university now. In May 2005 another company was willing to hire me as an accountant starting from Oct.1, 2005, and they filed H1-B visa effecting 10/1/2005 for me and it has been approved. But now I want to stay at the university and the University will also apply a H1-B for me.
Since the company paid everything for the first H1-B, I am afraid they won't allow me turning down their offer. But if they won't withdraw the H1-B, can the University's H1-B petition be approved? And on 10/1/05, must I work for the company otherwise I will lose my legal visa status?
If you have such knowledge or experience, please give me advises---what should I do to avoid illegal issues and to stay at the U successfully?
A rare case about H1B,pls help

你這樣做不太有職業道德。知道現在辦H1要2000多了嗎?
