Sorry man. I can not help a lot since I really do not know which lawyer is good or bad. I did not hire any lawyer for my case. I did it by myself. If you want to hire a lawyer, I would suggest you find one that you can reach him physically and talk to him in person. It is not a good way to hire a lawyer over the phone or email. Some lawyers or so-called lawyers would disappear after they take your up-front fee or start-up fee.

I knew three cases they handled: one got approved without RFE; one got approved with RFE; one person with both NIW (with RFE) and EB1 (approved without RFE).

That is all I know. Just for your reference.
