NIW RFE, please help

Just received RFE notice from USCIS saying that

"The evidence the self-petitioner has submitted does not clearly established that the national interest would be adversely affected if a labor certification were required. The record does not establish that self-petitioner's accompolishments are substantially greater that others working in his or her field of expertise. The self-petitioner must demonstrate how his or her documented achievements are more significant/noteworthy by comparison to others in the field and are above that normally attained by somebody at his or her current level."

What should I do now? My lawyer is asking me to prepare another four recommendation letters. Would that be enough?

Anyone who has the same RFE got approved, please share your points?
