OK, then are papers

OK, then present them as "papers". The name conference paper will make the immigration officer think it is not peer-reviewed.

But before you do that, does the proceeding has a ISSN # ? If possible, find some background information about the particular proceeding to show the officer the ranking of the proceeding, or the quality of papers in that proceeding.

By peer-review, we mean after you submit the manuscript, un-named reviewer (experts in the field, not the editors) will comment on it, and usually your manuscript will be revised accordingly before it is finally aceepted.

I mention this because it is important for the officer to realize that the paper carries the full weight of normal papers like those you see in PNAS or Science, Nature or so.

Good luck
