對不起，再問一次有關PhD畢業前申請Postdoc的H1的事

我今年冬季PhD畢業。老扳很希望我留下來做一陣博士後。我也很想繼續我現在做的研究。但不能申請OPT，因為已經申請NIW並遞交了485表。所以很想畢業前就能拿到H1。請問有沒有可能？用老板的offer信和學校出具的學業完成證明可以去申請H1嗎？謝謝賜教。
