If your F1 gets approved, they'll give you a new I94.

But based on your conditions, your F1 won't be approved since you are out-of-status for about 8 month (but you can still try your luck). I can understand your current feelings. So you need to learn this lesson.

山不轉,水轉. why don't you try other ways to keep your status? e.g., find a US citzen. This may not be a good idea, but at least it can solve your problem.
