INS的網站是不是出故障了？

剛剛查詢我485的online status但得到的信息如下：
status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center.
在My portfolio這頁看到我們的485的LUD是5/25/05。請朋友們查一下你們的信息看是不是也有同樣的問題？如果沒有，請有此經驗的朋友告之這是怎麽回事？
