律師態度真差

聲請H1,called 張哲瑞聯合律師事務所(houston)，女律師真牛:“我很忙，不交費免談！”,I'm worry about the service quality provided by such a lawyer with so bad patience.
I really want to apply H1 by myself, is that possible?
