Living address question in 485

Hi, guys, I made some mistakes in filling my form 485.

I lived in US at the very beginning when I worked for a US company, later, I moved to Canada with Canadian green card and were working for the same US company, so, I drove back and forth everyday crossing the border between Canada and US. In 485 application, I only provide my US living address instead of Canada living address. How serious that mistake will be? What I need to do? Any suggestion? Thanks in advancd.
