回答: 可能非常嚴重。485隻是給在美國的人調整身份用的由遞交後就不能出國了於 2005-05-13 11:16:34

guess if you are lucky then the INS will never find out. But if they do find out somehow, even after your green card is issued, they can take it back.

If you were living in Canada at the time, why not just use consular processing? It may even be faster than 485!
