yes. you can get GC

if your company support you, you choose the consulant process instead of 485 when you file 140. After 140 approval, your file will be transfered to beijing or guanzhou. it takes only six months to get your immigrantion visa. it is much faster than 485. I have some friends who works in the usa and live in canada to get gc on this way.
