中國護照的疑問。

我的護照馬上要過期了。簽證頁也用完了。但是還有有效的簽證。這種情況是要加頁還是需換新的護照？換新護照的話，原來的有效簽證怎麽辦?

另外，中領館的表格好像有問題。不能下載。大家知道怎麽辦嗎？
