The legal way to do it is: go to US consulate to request a "bording letter". BUt you need to present a very good reason as why you need to stay in China for so long (as I do not know how long you have been there) and cannot return to US in time. They may assume you abandond your GC application. BUt this is the legal way to get you back the US.
YOu cannot use any nonimmigrant visa to enter the US since you used AP before so your status now is a Paroleee. YOu lost your nonimmigrant status.
A sneaky way to do is: find someone here in the US to apply for AP for you. You fill out I-131 and sign and mail back to the US together with a copy of your expired AP, passport biographic page, I-485 filing receipt, filling fee $165. Have your friend here file the application with CIS. Once get the approval notice, mail to China to you. You use the new one to enter.
BUt this only applies when you are supposed to file AP with Service Center or Chicago Dropoff Box as they do not require your personal appearance. If you have to file AP with local CIS office (family-based I-485), this does not work as local office requires you to pick up the AP in person.
