My lawyer is very frustrated too, what we are concerning now is, I can not work after 5/31 since my OPT will be expired by that time. This is not good for my employer. Can I work without pay, then I am compensated for what I did during the pending period after 10/1? Is it legally doable? Do you any idea know how I can work around this issue?
