The right time frame for FBI is 6-8 weeks. We did twice FBI and received the first result at the sixth week, the second time (result) was received at the seventh week. We didn't call FBI. If you can not receive the result after the eighth week, you need to call FBI and write a letter to Canada Immigration Office to tell them the fact.
