May I ask why you think we should not worry too much if we get a "No records" response? My name check has been pending for over a year and I contacted FBI to get the status, but their response indicated that they could not find my record in their database. I supplied the name, birth date, ss# and Alien Registration number. Don't know what to do next. Getting desperate...
