Thanks for your information.

I sent an email to FBI requesting about my name check status last November. 4 months later, I received a response from FBI thru email stating that they could not find my record in their database. I contacted USCIS and showed them the email I received from FBI. They checked the record in USCIS database and said the name check request was submitted to FBI on 1/21/04. Now USCIS is asking me to contact FBI.

So, I am getting the runaround between USCIS and FBI.

Getting desparate and not sure what to do...
