Since I worked in China before. The required letter should be in Chinese or English or both of them?
-- Should be in both languages. I would suggest you get the up-to-date letters, since it might waste a lot of your time if using your old documentations.
By the way, when I studied as a Master student in US before, I worked as a half time RA, Can this be considered as US working experience? If yes, I also need a letter about this, right?
