My Mom Has been to US three times in the past 7 years, never extend the visit term. (went back to China within 6 month). The last time, she went back to China at Sept, 2002.
She got previous visa all in Shanghai.
In Sept 2003, I had invited Mom and my brother to come here to visit.(There are only two kids in my family, me in US and my brother in China) They are both denied at Guangzhou. In December 8th,2003, Mom went to Shanghai by herself and applied again, denied again unfortunatly. The VO thinks mom and brother has intention to immigrate although it's not our intention at all.
Anybody has idea how to increase the visa succeful rate for my Mom in this situation? How long should my Mom wait before reapply?
