1) File I-140 through NIW and I-485 concurrently on yourself, and you can stay here even after your H1b expires.
2) File I-140 through EB1a and I-485 concurrently on yourself, and you can stay here even after your H1b expires.
3) Get a Canadian GC and stay in Canada for one year, and then come back to US through H1b. After that, you can start your GC process again.
4) Try to find an employer that can help you start PERM soon. At the same time, try to find a good lawyer.
Good lawyers make big difference though it is hard
to find a good one. Maybe big law firms are better
choices since they have started to study the PERM for
a while.
I don't know your background. Some of my suggestions
may not work for you.
