I did three inquires, contacted my lawyer, and local congressperson office. My lawyer contacted the lawyer association. I was told that my file was just found and came back for waiting for processing. I guess many like us have same experience. Phone inquiry will not be helpful. If you do not do you best, your files may be still sleeping at the somewhere. TSC is a worst center. I know many friends in same city who applied for GC in recent year. Some are within 1 year, some took a long time. BY the way, do both of you know your case have been transferred to local office? I know my case from TSC to local to TSC, which may be a reason for delay.
