I485what can this mean?

I am waiting for I-485 decision. I485 TSC, May of 2002, fingerprinting December of 2004. I have never requested any information regarding my application, except a call for "change of address". what can the following words mean? Thanks.
"Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status
Current Status:
On February 14, 2005, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."
