The reason I want to appeal is that my lawyer really did a "good" job - he did not submit the important documnets, including my reference letters, publication and my awards. Since I really depended on my lawyer too much, I am trying my best to learn something about NIW now. My questions are:
1)Can I provide more evidence when I appeal?
2)How many pages are appropriate to write the appeal letter?
3) Which kind of format should I use? Can it be similar to the petition letter but focus on the reasons INS presented?
4)About I129b form, what is about file number? where should I mail my documents? (I want to further confirm if you have done before).
I heard a lot of denied cases recently. My questions may be also very helpful for others. I am very grateful If you can provide some information. Thanks
