Urgent! Please help!

I am holding H-1B, and need to go back China to seee my old mather. It is very much appreciated if you can kindly tell me which documents or certificates are necessary for H-1B visa application in China. My I-140 approved, but I-485 is pending. Is such case very easy to be rejected? Thank you very much!
