What does it mean "My case got update last time in 10/06/2004, when the processing time was July 15, 2003 for my case"?

1. On 07/15/2003, CIS processed your case or not?
2. Your case got updated to what status?

What does it mean "Does this mean my case never be touched so far or is being in processing?"

1. How can a case be processing from 10/06/2004 to 01/24/2005? So it is not a question roght?
2. If your online status shows pending, ofcause your case is not approved? why do you dault this?
