What does it mean "My case got update last time in 10/06/2004, when the processing time was July 15, 2003 for my case"?
My answer: the last update for my case was happened in 10/06/2004. At the same day, the processing day for my case got update and reached 7/15/2003 and was passed over my filing day.

I do believe my case have not approved so far. My question is does my I140 bind to my I485?
