Some lawyers are pretty nice depending whether you can smell blood or not. If you cannot smell anything, all lawyers are bloody. People should understand that for each INS case it always depends on the INS officer's discretion (exactly word from INS documents). There is no fairness and identity to seek here. Just make your case for INS officer's discretion. As I pointed out one way already for you, going for a higher degree is the way to go because there is no time to complain even you can do so and the case is not appealable as you know. It is not reasonale that you accused my comment of inhumane. You are just blind momentarily, period.
