A labor certification is for a FUTURE job. She doesn't have to work for that company now.

I am not quite sure about when or how long she has to work for the company. Maybe 6 months after she gets her green card.

The lesson learned here is that if you don't know something, don't talk about it.

You may know something about immigration to Canada, but it looks like you only know a liitle about immigration to America.
