140 批準，485 等待，換工作怎麽辦?

140 批準，485 等待已經兩年（2003，一月交的）(NIW，VSC center)，並且485已經轉到local center 等待麵談通知。現在在corolado （NSC)拿到一個offer,並且是相同領域.

請問

1:是申請H-1 transfer 還是用EAD 來工作?現在是H-1,已有EAD(沒用過);

2:是否應該寫信給VSC和local center 來說明相同領域問題?;

3:應該添些什麽表?我知道ar-11(changing address),還有其他嗎?

4:這種情況,麵談會轉到NSC,還是繼續VSC 的 local center?會影響進度嗎?

急的睡不著覺,多謝回答!!!
