1: Does not matter as far as 485 gets approved (The saftest is to get H1 in case 485 gets rejected even it is barely but case by case depending whether your status histry is clean or not).
2: NO as my laywer suggested, also you will have an interview anyway (bring the new job order or employment letter with the job description, title, and salary) with all other supporting documents
3: Fill AR-11 and mail it. Also call INS (Local office) to update your 485 address. (they are separate processes)
4: Not clearly on this one. Mostly still in VSC local office. Better to keep your case there. (The worst case is they lose your documents in transfer.)
