you mean if they are out of status and return to China will then get immigrant visa in the future? If they are out of staus less than 180 days, in theory they are not subjected to the bar. Even if they are subjected to the bar, in theory since you'll be a US cizien by that time, they can apply for waiver. However, in practice, they might deny the visa and things will get complicated.

If they stay in US, and not discovered by INS before you get citizenship, then they can still adjust after you get the citizeship. However, if they are discovered and charged by INS and ordered removed by immigration jusge before you get citizenship, they will be in deep trouble.
