請問父母在廣州綠卡麵試所需要的材料裏有一項是：

法院及監獄記錄公證書原件。

父母申請時有無犯罪記錄證明公證， 是不是帶這個文件就可以了。

無犯罪記錄證明時間期限嗎？ 3個月或6個月過期？用當時申請使用的就好，還是要去公證處重新開一份. 非常感謝您的回答!

-The police clearance certificate (無犯罪記錄證明) is valid for two years from the issued date based on the US Consulate in Guangzhou. So, if yours was issued less than two years by the date you are interviewed for the immigrant visa application, you do not need to get  a new one.
