父母綠卡麵試問題

請問父母在廣州綠卡麵試所需要的材料裏有一項是：

法院及監獄記錄公證書原件。

父母申請時有無犯罪記錄證明公證， 是不是帶這個文件就可以了。 無犯罪記錄證明時間期限嗎？ 3個月或6個月過期？用當時申請使用的就好，還是要去公證處重新開一份. 非常感謝您的回答!
