女兒在13歲時和我們大人一起取得十年綠卡，將於27年3月到期，本來打算今年9月份以後進行renew。最近看renew綠卡的相關規定，發現對於在14歲前取得綠卡的小孩，法律要求在滿14歲的前30天內就進行綠卡更換，但我們一直不知道有這事，現在女兒都22歲了。請問8老師：
1）這種沒有按要求在滿14歲時renew綠卡的情況對將來女兒renew綠卡或申請公民有負麵影響嗎？

算不算違法行為？

2）目前是盡快讓女兒提交綠卡renew材料（距綠卡過期還有約一年）彌補一下以前的失誤，還是再等6個月到綠卡過期前的6個月內再提交材料進行綠卡renew？
-File I-90 to renew the green card as soon as possible and pay the full filing fee. If your child filed I-90 within 30 days of her 14th birthday, then she did not need to pay the I-90 filing fee.
By the way, don't travel abroad until getting the renewed green card!!
