我和太太在中國出生，目前都是加拿大公民。太太持TN在美國工作已經20多年。我以前也是TN,但最近幾年轉為TD。兒子在美國出生，剛滿21歲，準備幫我們申請依親綠卡。目前我們都住在美國。有幾個關於太太持TD工作以及如何填寫I-485,Part 9,Item 12 & Item 13的問題想請教各位老師：
1. 太太在2016年8月至2017年7月期間持TD在美工作（2017年7月後轉為TN)。太太和我還有資格申請依親綠卡嗎？
-Yes.
2. 若可以，持TD在美工作的時間段對40個SSA工作點有什麽負麵影響（因為兒子沒有收入，我們隻能用40個social secruity points)? SSA Earning Statements上可以顯示持TD在美工作時間段的公司和收入嗎？
-If you paid the SS tax (i.e., FICA tax, normally deducted from your salary by your employer), probably the income should have been listed in SSA Earning Statement. Just check it in the SSA website, anyway.
3. 若可以，如何填寫I-485,Part 9,Item 12 & Item 13？
-Say "Yes" to these two Questions and then, explain it in Part 14. Additonal Information. For example, when you were in TD status, from what date to what date you worked illegally for what company (company name) and what your salary was, etc.
4. 需要補充材料解釋2016年8月至2017年7月期間持TD在美工作的原因嗎？
-Not need.
